Approach to Therapy
By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.
The foundation of this practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey
Treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
The individualized treatments are carefully designed to relieve your pain and help you live a happier, more comfortable life. His perception of health focuses on his patient’s body's structure, physiological systems, diet and nutrition, and their emotional and psychological state.
He offers dietary and life style advice to help his patients gain good health and joy in life and he loves empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
Nazan uses Classical Chinese Medicine (CCM) approaches including Yin-Yang and the Five Elements, Six divisions and the practical application of the ancient Chinese system of Stems and Branches theory.
